Train like a human

I'm an FP-certified coach. We start with myofascial release, then rebuild how you stand against gravity, then gait. The goal is economy of motion — less wasted effort, not more exercises.

The Big Four are the primary patterns; everything else is derived. Early on we don't mix gym, yoga, or stretching that re-grooves the old pattern.

THE SEQUENCE

How we train

Physics applied to the human body. Build competency in the Big Four so you get practical movement variability — a standalone system, not a bag of generic drills.

01

Myofascial Release

We start on the tissue so muscles can contract and hold a new position. This is the first block of the FP sequence — not a warm-up you skip.

Myofascial Release First

Tissue that can't contract can't hold a new posture. We release first so standing and gait can actually change.

02

Standing

Then we rebuild how you stand against gravity. Neutral stance is the base. If this is off, every step after it is off.

Standing Is the Base

Gravity is the load. If standing is off, walking, running, and throwing inherit the error.

03

The Big Four

Walking, running, throwing on top of standing. Contra-lateral and transverse plane — not more sagittal gym work.

The Big Four

Standing, walking, running, throwing. Train these and you buy movement variability without wrecking joints.

Re-test

We film gait again. Early on you drop the workouts that re-groove the old pattern. Movement comes back when the structure can hold it.

One System

Mixing HIIT, yoga, or isolated stretching re-grooves the patterns that put you in pain. Early on: one method.

How this actually works

Tightness is usually a contraction problem — not a muscle that needs more stretching
Real change is slow and precise; the ballistic clips come later
Gait is the reference — we re-test how you walk
Consistent sessions beat stacking more workouts

Client Transformations

Client Words, Coming Soon

I'm collecting written testimonials from current clients, with their permission, and they will appear here as they arrive. Until then this space stays empty — I would rather show you nothing than a quote nobody said.

The quickest way to judge the work is to talk to me directly and ask the questions a review would have answered.
