Who we are

KOCH Functional Patterns is a private coaching practice operated by Omri Kochman, based in Israel. We provide one-on-one functional movement coaching and rehabilitation programs. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we store it, and your rights regarding that data.

What we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number, provided when booking a session or submitting an intake form.
Health information — current pain conditions, medical history, past injuries, activity level, and fitness goals, provided through the intake form. This is considered sensitive personal data.
Session records — notes from coaching sessions, progress measurements, posture analyses, and training programs created during our work together.
Payment information — billing records and payment history. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Communications — messages sent through the client portal or by WhatsApp.

How we use your data

To schedule, confirm and manage your coaching sessions
To create and deliver personalized training programs
To track your progress over time
To send session reminders and follow-up communications
To process payments for packages and services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with any third party for marketing purposes.

How we store your data

All data is stored in Supabase (a managed Postgres database hosted in the EU). Access is protected by row-level security — only you and the coach can read your records. The platform is hosted on Vercel (CDN in the EU and globally).

Health data collected through the intake form is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and accessible only to the coach. It is never indexed by search engines or accessible without authentication.

Your rights

Under Israeli privacy law (and GDPR principles), you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
Correction — ask us to correct any inaccurate information
Deletion — request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal obligations)
Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

Cookies and analytics

This site uses authentication cookies to keep you logged in to the client portal and the admin back-office, and a locale cookie to remember English or Hebrew. Theme preference is stored in the browser (localStorage), not as a cookie.

We load Vercel Analytics to count page views. It does not use advertising cookies and is not used to sell or share your data. No other third-party analytics or ad scripts are loaded.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as you are an active client, and for up to 3 years after your last session for record-keeping purposes. After that, personal data is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and notify active clients by email.
