The service

KOCH Functional Patterns provides one-on-one functional movement coaching and structural rehabilitation programs. The service is operated by Omri Kochman, based in Israel. By booking a session, submitting an intake form, or using the client portal, you agree to these terms.

Health disclaimer

Functional Patterns coaching is a movement education service, not medical treatment. It does not replace the advice of a licensed physician, physiotherapist, or other healthcare professional.

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations through the intake form before beginning training. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a session, stop immediately and seek appropriate medical advice.

By proceeding with sessions, you confirm that you have consulted with a relevant healthcare professional where appropriate, and that you assume responsibility for your participation.

Booking and cancellations

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, will be counted as a used session.
The coach reserves the right to cancel a session in the event of illness or emergency, with a full reschedule offered at no cost to you.

Packages and payments

Session packages are prepaid and non-refundable once sessions have been used.
Unused sessions in a package are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
If you are unable to continue for medical reasons, unused sessions may be credited or refunded at the coach's discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are not stored on our servers.

Client portal

Access to the client portal is personal to you. Do not share your login credentials. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual property

Training programs, exercise descriptions, and all content provided to you through the platform are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, KOCH Functional Patterns and Omri Kochman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to injury, loss of income, or data loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
